What the family agrees to

Lo que la familia acepta

  1. I am the parent or legal guardian of the student I enroll, and what I entered is true and current.
  2. Pickup. My child leaves only with an adult on my authorized pickup list, or on the bus if I chose it. Staff may ask that adult for identification. I pick up by 6:00 PM on school days. Only I, or another parent or guardian, can change the list or the bus choice, and the change is made through the program, not by the student.
  3. Attendance. I send my child regularly, and I tell the program when my child will be absent, when they stop attending, or when our contact information changes.
  4. Health. I told the program about medical conditions, allergies and any IEP or 504 plan, and I will update it. In an emergency, staff call 911 first and then me.
  5. Behavior. I will talk with my child about the student agreement. If a behavior puts anyone at risk, staff call me, and the program may pause or end my child's enrollment after talking with me.
  6. Communication. The program may call or text the number I gave about my child and the program. I can ask for email instead, or to stop messages that are not about my child's safety.
  7. Photos. My answer on the enrollment form stands until I change it, which I can do at any time. Saying No never affects enrollment.
  8. Records. I read the privacy notice. I understand the program collects attendance, participation and progress because the grant and its evaluation require it, and shares it with the Texas Education Agency and Navasota ISD as the notice says.
  9. Technology. My child uses AI and other technology at the program only with staff present and under the program's rules, which are in the student agreement.
